Order Tracking

Order Verification

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an automated SMS with a verification link. Click this link to confirm your order. If the link is not working, please contact our customer care team at 0316-4661179 or email info@vitaglow.com.pk.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:
Products can only be returned if they are damaged. Returns are not accepted for any other reason. If your product is damaged, contact customer care at 0316-4661179 for assistance.

If you need to return a damaged product, you have two options:

Option 1:
Return the product directly to Vitaglow at 411, Al-Hafeez Business Center, Lahore. Upon receipt, we will process your refund to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

Option 2:
Our partner courier can pick up the product from your address. Once received, we will deduct Rs 200 from your refund amount and transfer the remaining balance to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

Tampered Products:
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please retain the original product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Returns for Products Purchased Elsewhere

For Vitaglow products purchased online from other websites, please follow the return and refund instructions on the respective site.

For Vitaglow products purchased from retail partners, please return the item to the store according to their return and refund policy.
