Order Tracking

Shipping Charges & Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over Rs. 800. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns: Products can only be returned if they are damaged. Returns are not accepted for any other reason. If your product is damaged, contact customer care at 0316-4661179 or email us at info@vitaglow.com.pk for assistance.

Return Options:

Option 1:
Return the product directly to Vitaglow at  OFFICE NO 11, 4TH FLOOR, ALHAFEEZ BUSINESS CENTER GULBERG, LAHORE. Upon receipt, we will process your refund to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

Option 2:
Our partner courier can pick up the product from your address. Once received, we will deduct Rs. 200 from your refund amount and transfer the remaining balance to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.

Tampered Products:
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, keep the original product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Returns for Products Purchased Elsewhere

For Vitaglow products purchased online from other websites, follow the return and refund instructions on that site.

For Vitaglow products bought from our retail partners, return the item to the store according to their return and refund policy.
